Returning faulty units

Before you return a unit you will need a 'Returns Number' which you can obtain by e-mailing technical@michael-stevens.com, or telephoning +44 (0) 20 8460 7299. You will need to include the Returns Number when completeing a returns form. This can be downloaded (see below), printed out and included with the returned unit.
If possible, ensure that you use the original packing. Units received in a damaged condition are not covered by warranty.
It is therefore recommended that the sender provides suitable insurance.

If you are experiencing operating difficulties with any product then consult the Trouble Shooting section of the Operating and User Manual that was supplied with the unit (Or see the product manuals section on the Chromatec site).
